Returns and Refund Policy
DryNight.com wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused product to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.  

If you wish to return an item, call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-933-9300 to initiate the return process and obtain proper return authorization. 

Please be prepared to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement product.

To process your return by mail:
Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned package.
Send the package via U.S. Mail, UPS or Federal Express. Once we receive and process your return, your credit card will be credited.
Should you require a replacement product, please contact DryNight.com Customer Service at 1-877-933-9300 and we will process a new order for the replacement product and charge your credit card when the order is shipped. If you are returning an item, once we receive the item, we will process your return and credit your charge card.
